How can i refund the Fundraising course

Explaination on Fundraising failure and refund

If the Fundraising fails to reach the target number, the Fundraising Course you have purchased will be refunded (due to the difference in payment methods, refunds may incur handling fees, and the final amount will be subject to actual arrival).

Time of refund: Refunds will arrive at your payment account within 15 business days.

Note that no refund will be made under the following circumstances:

• The Fundraising of the purchased course is still in progress.

• You have watched the course videos after the Fundraising is over.
